Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded at approximately 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, to a shooting that allegedly took place near the vicinity of Bluebell Avenue.
The victim suffered what appears to be a non-life threatening gunshot wound, and was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
At this time, this investigation will be conducted by the HCSO.
As the exact location of the shooting is still being determined, HCSO detectives will work closely with personnel from the Chattanooga Police Department and Collegedale Police Department to investigate this incident.
