CSCC's Workforce Development Completes First Manufacturing Leadership Training Program

Cleveland State Community College's Workforce Development completed their first Manufacturing Leadership program in McMinn County on Tuesday. Six frontline supervisors from Maxwell Industries, Creative Foam and Mayfield Dairy Farms participated in this leadership training course taught by Angie Leamon from Peak Performance, a training partner of Cleveland State Community College.

The Manufacturing Leadership Series is a seven-week intensive training course for frontline supervisors and/or managers in manufacturing. Another seven-week training will be provided for the industries in McMinn and Meigs Counties at the CSCC Athens Campus starting on Sept. 13.
