The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence, Chattanooga resident Corky Cooke can’t wait to dig into some cheesecake in honor of National Cheesecake Day
It was a sweet day indeed for the residents of The Lantern at Morning Pointe Alzheimer’s Center of Excellence, Chattanooga. More specifically, it was National Cheesecake Day, and in honor of this most important occasion, the residents and associates of the memory care community decided to whip up their own version of this iconic, indulgent treat. Their attempts were a rousing success, and the resulting cheesecake was absolutely delicious.
