Geraldine Coulter
Geraldine “Jerri” Wood Coulter, 99, of LaFayette, passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2018.
She was a member of Center Point Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Zeb Coulter, Jr.; parents, Henry Bascom and Lennie Lee Wood; and brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her children, Larry (Judy) Coulter, Mary Beth (Jessie) Lay, Jeannie (Burt) Cagle, and Casey (John) Gilbreath; grandchildren, Melanie (Darrell) Morton, Neal (Lanie) Coulter, Tara (Tony) Pitts, Colie (Darren) Davis, Chad (Hali) Day, Corey (Josh) Hunter, Allison (Cole) Smith, and Tiffany Cagle; 17 great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; caregivers, Mary Smith, niece, Nancy Hughes, Connie White, and Hearth Hospice; and her loving cat of 14 years, Oreo.
Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 19, at Center Point Baptist Church with Pastors David Pickard, John Eldridge, and David Brown officiating.
Interment will follow in LaFayette Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers are Neal Coulter, Justin Smith, Jon Hobbs, Tony Pitts, Neal Florence, and Isaac Fielding.
Honorary pallbearers are the members of Center Point Baptist Church and the William Marsh Chapter of the DAR.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, from 4-8 p.m. and on Wednesday, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
