Dream Collective of Chattanooga will be holding Chattanooga Goddess Fest '18, an evening event that will include music, vendors, flow entertainment, a children's tent, classes such as yoga, reiki, Hindu philosophy and more.

"Chattanooga holds a beautiful feminine energy, and it's time we celebrate it,"says Faeble Davis, co-organizer of the event. "The concept behind Chattanooga Goddess Fest is to acknowledge the strength and endurance of the feminine inside all if us that so often gets overlooked."

The event will be held Saturday, Oct. 20 from 6 p.m.-midnight at First Tennessee Pavilion.

Musical acts will include Hive Theory, Kerchief, Aviva and the Flying Penguins, and more.

Tickets are $15 online and $20 at the door. Costumes are encouraged, and a $5 drink ticket will be given to anyone dressed as a goddess, male or female alike. Tickets are available at eventbrite.com and more information about the event can be found on the Facebook event page, Chattanooga Goddess Festival 2018.

All proceeds raised from the event will be donated to The Children's Advocacy Center of Hamilton County to help fight the war against child abuse.
