Baylor hosted McMinn County in a non region match on Tuesday night. After playing to a 2-2 at the half, Baylor scored the only goal of the second half to win 3-2.
Baylor's Aliya Cooper and Avery Davis scored in the first half. Davis also had an assist as well as Olivia Bettis.
McMinn County's first half goals came from Paige Manney and Addison Smith.
With the game tied 2-2, Baylor's Avery Davis scored off a Bella White assist to earn the win. Baylor out shot MicMinn County 12-8. Peyton Randolph and Shannon Urey combined for four saves.
McMinn goalie Bailey Grubb had nine saves.
Baylor improves to 11-2-2 on the year and McMinn County drops to 9-2-1.
East Ridge tied Bradley Central 1-1. East Ridge led 1-0 at the half. Kolbie Record scored East Ridge's goal. Sarah Hudgens had 15 saves for East Ridge. The Lady Pioneers improve to 7-4-1 overall and 3-1 in the district.
