Mamie Wilkerson
Mamie Marie Wilkerson, 90, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, gained her heavenly wings Wednesday, May 15, 2019.
She was a dedicated member of Rose of Sharon Baptist, where also served as a member of the Willing Worker’s Club.
Survivors include her loving and devoted children, Tyrone (Denise) Wilkerson and Linda Wilkerson – Hayes; granddaughters, Tracy Wilkerson, Nichol Buchanan, Tyronda Wilkerson, Jeaneanne Parks, Cora Parks, and Regina Parks; great-grandchildren: Tyvieon Wilkerson, Rhian Hinton, Rhya Hinton, and Sheikh Faye III; brothers: Rudy Taylor of Chattanooga, TN, Hosea (Louise) Taylor of Winchester, TN, Willard Taylor (Alana) of Colorodo Springs, CO; sisters: Mable J. Trigg of Winchester, TN, Clara Mae Childress of Cleveland, OH and Betty Kennerly of Atlanta, Ga; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be 10 a.m.-12 p.m., Tuesday, May 21, at Rose of Sharon Baptist Church. Funeral will follow at noon with Pastor Charles E. Moore officiating.
Interment will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
