No New COVID Deaths In Hamilton County, 15 More Cases; Tennessee Has 10 More Deaths

Hamilton County had 15 new coronavirus cases reported Tuesday, bringing the total to 45,390.

There have been no more deaths from the virus, and the total is at 506 in the county. 

The number of those who have recovered from coronavirus in Hamilton County is 44,750, which is 99 percent, and there are 134 active cases. 

There are 18 patients hospitalized and eight in Intensive Care Units. Two more are hospitalized with suspected COVID. There are three Hamilton County inpatients.

The number of coronavirus cases in Tennessee is at 866,419 on Tuesday with 95 new cases. There have been 10 more deaths from the virus, for a total of 12,534, State Health Department officials said.

The state currently has 234 people hospitalized from the virus, which is 58 fewer than on Monday. Testing numbers are above 8.138 million across the state.

The number of people who have recovered from coronavirus in Tennessee is 852,152, which is 98 percent.

Bledsoe County:  2,214 cases; 11 deaths

Bradley County:  15,291 cases, up 1; 152 deaths

Grundy County: 1,800 cases, down 1; 35 deaths

Marion County: 3,231 cases, up 1; 49 deaths, up 1

Meigs County: 1,428 cases, up 1; 24 deaths

Polk County: 2,114 cases; 24 deaths, up 1

Rhea County: 4,392 cases, up 1; 82 deaths

Sequatchie County: 1,756 cases, up 2; 29 deaths

Knox County: 52,098 cases, up 10; 646 deaths

Davidson County: 90,480 cases; 948 deaths

Shelby County: 98,480 cases, up 19; 1,676 deaths, up 3
