Dewayne Cravens
James Dewayne Cravens, 67, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022.
Dewayne was born March 10, 1955, to Margaret "Peggy" Cravens and Mike Cravens. Dewayne was an amazing man who lived life to the fullest. He was a loving and dedicated husband to Cherie and father to Dillon and Katie Gann. He was a true friend who would go above and beyond anytime you needed him. Dewayne loved the outdoors, college football, especially the Tennessee Volunteers, music, and a good political debate. Our lives are truly better for having known him.
Dewayne is survived by his wife, Cherie Turner Cravens; his mother Margaret "Peggy" Cravens; his children Dillon and Katie Gann.
Dewayne was preceded in death by his father Mike Cravens.
A visitation for Dewayne will be held on Sunday, July 24, from 10-11:30 a.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist-North Chapel, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, Tn. 37343, followed by a memorial service at 11:30 a.m.
