A woman died in a house fire in the Highway 58 area on Thursday morning.
The victim was 69-year-old Anna North.
The fire started around 9:30 a.m. on Glenaire Drive off Highway 58.
Authorities said two teenagers who were at home at the time tried to save their grandmother, Mrs. North, but could not get to her.
The fire started in her room.
Personnel from the Highway 58 Volunteer Fire Department, Hamilton County EMS, and the County Sheriff's Department responded to the fully-engulfed house fire.
