A Rhea County woman's estranged husband was being questioned Monday afternoon in the death of her new boyfriend.
Greg Brown was shot in the head at 12:15 a.m. at the home of Vanessa Hawkins Rogers.
Ms. Rogers says she believes it was fired by her estranged husband, Len Rogers. She said he has been stalking her and making harassing phone calls.
Rhea County Sheriff Mike Neal said a brother of Len Rogers who is a deputy sheriff is not involved in the case.
The Rogers couple got married in December of 2006, but it only lasted a short time.
