Chattanooga State Activities Planning Board Announces Events

The Activities Planning Board (APB) at Chattanooga State announced events planned for the main campus the week of Sept. 17-21.

On Monday, singer Jennifer Daniels will perform in the Amphitheatre from 11 a.m.–12 p.m.

On Wednesday, two performances are scheduled between 11 a.m.–12 p.m. soulful singer Jeff Blake and “country-soul” group, Blue Groove are set to perform in the Amphitheatre.

“Mind Tripping!” will take to the stage on Thursday to perform their interactive comedy/magical show. Between 11 a.m.–12 p.m., the husband and wife team will do a teaser show. They will walk around campus doing street magic to draw people in for the actual performance on the Amphitheatre stage between 12-1.p.m.

Finally, on Friday, a deejay will take musical requests from the crowd in the Amphitheatre from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Free soft serve ice cream will be given away beginning at 10:45 a.m. until the supply is exhausted. Various games will also be available from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. for those who want to play.
