Dr. Pancake Died From Self-Inflicted Injections, Report Says posted October 26, 2007 An autopsy report lists the death of Dr. Bruce Pancake as a suicide caused by toxic injections. His wife discovered his body at his desk in his office at The Phoenix Center Spa Medicus on Gunbarrel Road on Sept. 16. Syringes were found near his body and he had toxic levels of a tranquilizer, Lorazepam, and an anti-depressant, Trazodone, the report says. Insulin bottles were also found at the scene. The physician had puncture wounds in both thighs. |
