A motorcyclist has died from injuries he received in a wreck on Oct. 14.
Oscar Wehunt was involved in a crash in the 3600 block of Brainerd Road.
Chattanooga Police Traffic Investigators said he has died as a result of the head injury sustained in that wreck.
Mr. Wehunt was traveling west on Brainerd Road approaching Germantown Road when a Ford Escort driven by a 16-year-old girl attempted to make a left turn from Brainerd Road to Germantown Road. The motorcycle collided with the rear passenger door.
Charges are pending against the 16-year-old driver, but alcohol and drugs are not a factor, police said.
