A man riding a bicycle suffered serious head injuries after his bike collided with a car at 2000 N. Chamberlain Avenue on Saturday afternoon.
The accident happened just before 4:20 p.m. when a bicycle ridden by Karl Daniel failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a car driven by Charles Hysinger.
Mr. Daniel was not wearing a helmet. His current condition is unknown.
There will be no charges filed against Mr. Hysinger, police said.
