Judicial Selection Commission Chooses 3 For Court Vacancy posted November 16, 2007 The Judicial Selection Commission met Friday and submitted the following names to Gov. Phil Bredesen for his consideration to fill a Court of Appeals vacancy created when Justice William Cain died. There were 20 applicants for the COA position. Richard H.
