Police said they captured Tracy Goodwin after a high-speed chase of a stolen car and then a short foot pursuit.
Goodwin was finally nabbed in a storage shed.
Police found he had seven outstanding warrants. New charges include auto theft.
Ziva Gantt said her green Buick had been stolen earlier in the day. Officers tried to stop the car after noticing that the tag on it went with a white Ford.

Helen Marie Vandergriff of Northland Lane said her boyfriend's wife, Carmen Jones, called her numerous times and threatened her.
Ms. Vandergriff, who said she is pregnant by the boyfriend/husband, said Mrs. Jones told her if she continued with the pregnancy "I'll make it go away for you."
She said Mrs. Jones quoted Bible verses about Jezebel, and said, "You know what happened to her."
Ms. Vandergriff, who said she had not thought she could get pregnant and is under a doctor's orders not to have any stress, said she did not wish to prosecute.

Police checked out a report of a black Mercedes chasing a blue BMW northbound on I-75 with a gun being waved from the Mercedes.
The caller said the BMW was forced over and Hispanic males jumped out of both vehicles. Police were told the driver of the BMW was shoved aside, and the driver of the Mercedes headed southbound back on the freeway.
Police could not locate either car.

Daniel Shartle of the Grapevine Clothing Store at 2601 Broad St. said Howard Alexander came in appearing intoxicated and shouted, "I own this - building and your days are numbered."
He then went outside and said, "These are my flower pots." He tried to pick them up, but they were too heavy. Then he left in a dark-colored Buick LeSabre, it was stated.
Mr. Shartle said there have been similar incidents and he has been banned from the store. The manager said he wants to prosecute if Mr. Alexander returns.

Jill Pursley said she was lying on the sofa of her residence on Gunbarrel Road watching TV when she heard a noise on the balcony.
She said she turned on a light and saw a black male on the balcony. She said he jumped back down and she asked him what he was doing.
He said he came up to retrieve an item he had thrown there. Then he ran off into nearby woods.

At the Family Dollar at 119 N. Market, police were told that a homeless man named Harry had taken $50 in Christmas items. He was told to stop, but he ran off.
Harry is 6' and 200 pounds. He has a gold tooth and a lazy eye and was wearing a blue hat.
