Crye-Leike, Realtors achieved the most closed transactions with 2,665 and a sales volume of more than $450 million for 2007, officials said.
The number of closed transactions represents 18.28% of all properties bought and sold in the Tennessee Valley and North Georgia areas for 2007 by the Chattanooga Association of Realtors MLS.
For the year ending 2007, the company’s individual transactions of homes bought and sold bettered its closest competitor by more than 400 units, it was stated.
“Crye-Leike, Realtors and its dedicated associates in the Greater Chattanooga – Cleveland Tennessee and North Georgia region are thrilled by the news,” said Rob Hatchett, regional vice president for Crye-Leike in Chattanooga. “We assisted more than 2,600 families in the region through a residential real estate transaction and we’re very proud of that.”
In addition to being #1 in 2007 for the number of units bought and sold, for the past five consecutive months the company has also achieved the #1 ranking for sales volume, it was stated.
2008 represents Crye-Leike’s 10th year anniversary in the Greater Chattanooga region.
