Crye-Leike's Circle of Excellence, founded in 1987, is one of the highest levels of professional and personal achievement in the real estate industry. Sales Associates who are welcomed annually into Crye-Leike's elite Circle of Excellence are awarded the honorary title, vice president of Crye-Leike.
“To gain the highest level of award in the company is very humbling,” said Mr. Allen. “Many clients I served over the years have congratulated me on a job well done, and it feels ten times better than getting your name in the phone book for the first time.”
Mr. Allen was the only associate in the region honored with the company’s most prestigious award at the Crye-Leike Chattanooga Region 2008 kick-off meeting at the Chattanooga Golf and Country Club.
In order to receive the Circle of Excellence honor, Mr. Allen had to meet stringent requirements of the program, showing exemplary performance in the areas of advanced professionalism, ethics, loyalty, financial success and service to the community and real estate profession.
“I love my job, the people I serve and being associated with the Best Real Estate Company on the planet,” Mr. Allen said. “It was especially moving to have my wife, Judy, my best friend, life partner and business partner, pin me at the awards ceremony.”
Mr. Allen and his wife are known as the “Allen Team” with Crye-Leike, Realtors assisting buyers and sellers in Cleveland and the Bradley County area. As a team, they are consistent multi-million dollar producers with more than $100,000,000 in sales the last eight years.
Larry Allen has been with Crye-Leike since 1999, and a licensed broker in Tennessee since 1995. With the River Counties Association of Realtors), he served as its director in 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2007, participated on the Contracts Committee for three years and in 2007 was on the hiring committee. He is also a member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
