RM Technologies Expands Into Chattanooga Market
posted February 7, 2008

RM Technologies, a Knoxville-based information technology company, has announced its official expansion into Chattanooga and plans to bring IT solutions to businesses throughout the Chattanooga metro area.

RM Technologies has three employees working full-time in Chattanooga and has future plans to add additional personnel. Hunter Lindsay has been hired as an account executive, and Jamey Franks and Matthew Rasmussen as IT support specialists.

Paul Sponcia, chief executive officer of RM Technologies, said the expansion holds promise for the company and the Chattanooga market.

"We're excited to move into the Chattanooga market for many reasons," Mr. Sponcia said. "First, we have been serving clients in Chattanooga for many years but by establishing our physical presence in the city, we will be better positioned to assist our current Chattanooga clients and grow our base in the metro area. Second, we think it’s time that Chattanooga businesses have a world-class IT solutions provider capable of delivering local, innovative, cost-efficient and secure solu¬tions.

"Chattanooga is a prosperous, forward-thinking area with high concentrations of industries that we most often serve, and that will make a terrific partnership for us and for businesses in the area. This move symbolizes our continued growth and success in the East Tennessee market."
