Chattanooga's premier kitchens will be featured in the third annual Tour du Jour, a fund-raiser for the Junior League of Chattanooga, on April 12, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The Tour du Jour will allow ticket-holders an opportunity to view some of the “finest kitchens around Chattanooga,” officials said. These kitchens are new or have been remodeled in the past 18 months. Eight to 10 kitchens will be opened for ticket holders to view and attend planned special events.
Special events from the previous Tour du Jours have included Sushi Nabi, Cake Gallery, Dream Dinners and more. Scarlett's Cabinetry is joining the Tour du Jour again with two kitchens and Pratt & Associates will once again open an entire home for ticket holders to view. Attendees will receive a tour guidebook outlining each kitchen's design and material details.
Tour du Jour is a self-guided tour. Advance purchased tickets will be $15 a person. They will also be available the day of the tour at the Junior League Headquarters, 622 East Fourth St. and at the kitchen locations. Maps will be given with the purchase of tickets.
