Demolition Work Beginning For Mayfair On Market posted April 30, 2008
Orange barrels were placed on one lane of Market Street in front of several old buildings that will be taken down for the project by Atlanta developer Trey Stanley. City officials earlier said one lane of Market Street will be closed for 18 months during the demolition and construction. The nine-story project will include commercial on the ground floor and 58 condominiums. Mr. Stanley said they will be one- and two-bedroom units and sell for $160,000-$300,000. There will also be a parking deck with 180 spaces that can be accessed from Market Street. |
