Harold Crye Named Chairman Of Leading Real Estate Companies Of The World posted May 2, 2008 Harold Crye, chief executive officer and co-owner of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has been named chairman of the board of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. The organization is a global real estate network comprised of 700 of the best-known local and regional real estate firms in the U.S. and 37 countries producing over $400 billion in annual home sales. Mr. Crye said, “I believe strongly in the independent business model. By their nature, real estate people are entrepreneurs. Since real estate is a local business, independence allows us to deploy our resources in the local marketplace to benefit our clients and our associates.
