Ms. Smith’s career in real estate spans more than two decades. She is a licensed affiliate broker in Tennessee assisting buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton County and specializes in residential real estate sales.
During her decade of service with Crye-Leike Ms. Smith has consistently been a multi million dollar sales producer and is a charter member of the company’s Multi-Million Dollar Club in the Chattanooga Region.
“I consider it a privilege and a challenge to find just the right situation for my buyers and sellers,” said Ms. Smith. “I have made many lasting friendships with my clients and feel blessed to have a career that I truly enjoy.”
Crye-Leike recently inducted Ms. Smith into its Circle of Excellence. It is the company’s highest honor, recognizing sales associates for their service to the firm, community and profession. Ms. Smith is among just nine associates in the greater Chattanooga region who hold the honor and have been bestowed by Crye-Leike with the title of vice president.
Ms. Smith is a Graduate, Realtor Institute, member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. With CAR she serves on the governmental affairs committee. In 2005 Ms. Smith served as president of the Women’s Council of Realtors and that same year she was awarded Tennessee GRI Realtor of the Year.
Ms. Smith and her husband Charlie live on Signal Mountain. They are members of the Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church and there Ms. Smith serves on the Worship Shepherd Committee. She also stays active as a board member with the Bachman Community Center.
