All three cars had time expired on the meter. How ironic that they don't need to put a quarter in a meter nor will they get a ticket.
Well, just for principle sake, I left them a message on each car. "Citizen Arrest! – Shouldn't you get a ticket or have to pay for a meter?"
Shouldn't the "law" have to abide by the laws too?
