Anthony “Tony” Lanier, 47, died on Wednesday, May 7, 2008.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dora England Lanier; brother, Fredrick Lanier.
He is survived by his wife, Vickie Lanier; daughter, Whitney Elisabeth Lanier; stepdaughters, Danielle Derryberry and Nicole Atkins, all Chickamauga; father, Renard Lanier; stepmother, Annie Lanier, LaFayette; brothers, Michael Lanier and Ricky Lanier; sister, Tammy Shields, all of LaFayette; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Monday at Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Dennison and the Rev. Hoyt Williams officiating.
Interment will be in Old Antioch Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Saturday from 5-9 p.m. There will be no visitation on Sunday.
