Dr. David Levine, Professor and Cline Chair of Excellence in the Physical Therapy Department at UTC, has received $8,167 from the Health Resources and Services Administration to provide scholarships for physical therapy graduate students.
For many years, Dr. Levine has obtained funds from HRSA to enable economically disadvantaged physical therapy students to continue their education. These funds are critical to UTC's ability to recruit and retain talented physical therapy students who might not otherwise have the financial means to complete a graduate program.
