Indoor Marijuana Crop Discovered During Disorder Call 144 Plants Valued At $175,000 posted May 12, 2008 While answering a routine disorder call, Hamilton County Sheriff’s deputies on Monday said they discovered an indoor marijuana crop at 8703 Snow Hill Road. Deputies Eliott Mahaffey and James Gienapp were investigating a disorder call around 2 a.m. and ended up at the residence located at 8703 Snow Hill Road. While talking with the parties involved in the disorder, Deputy Mahaffey requested a consent to search the residence. During the search, 144 marijuana plants were found in the basement. The marijuana has a street value of approximately $175,000. Sgt. Duane Hill from the narcotics division was called to assist with the investigation. Arrested were Andrew Richie and Bradley Kyle. Richie was charged with manufacturing marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of an unlawful weapon. Kyle was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
