She was born on December 17, 1928. She was happily married to George William Guinn, Jr. for 54 years and had three daughters, and two grandchildren who survive her: Sue Guinn Webb, wife of Jack Webb of Lookout Mountain; Abby Guinn of Virginia Beach, Va., and Scotty Guinn of Richmond, Va., Whitney Evans Webb and William Parker Webb of Lookout Mountain.
She taught school for many years and then enjoyed a second career in fashion retail. She was a member of the Tuckahoe Presbyterian Church and more recently a member of the Lookout Moutain Presbyterian Church.
Visitation will be held on May 15 from 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m. at Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church.
A Graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the National Cemetery in Chattanooga.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church.
Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist.
