William Wallace “Wally” Smith Jr., 79, of Red Bank, died on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 in a local healthcare facility.
Wally was a retired engineer with Combustion with 28 years of service. He served during WWII with the US Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline Smith; two daughters, Diane (Kerry) White of East Ridge and Beverly (Jim) Clemmer of Red Bank; two sons, Rick (Nancy) Smith of Alameda, Ca., and Terry (Karen) Smith of Biloxi, Ms.; six grandchildren, Sherry Williams, Gerry White, Eric Thomas, John Clemmer, Chris Clemmer and Justin Vandenberg; four great-grandchildren; sister, Dona (Billy) Lyons of Chickamauga, Ga.; brother, Tim (Joan) Smith of Alabama; several nieces and nephews.
There will be no services.
