Joseph Decosimo and Company, PLLC, has named Brent A. McDade, CBA.BVAL, managing director with Decosimo Advisory Services, the firm's business valuation, litigation support and transaction advisory practice.
Mr. McDade's 12 years of business valuation experience includes the appraisal of equity securities, debt instruments and derivatives. He has provided valuation services related to mergers and acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, fairness opinions on transactions, Employee Stock Ownership Plans, estate and gift tax matters, shareholder disputes, and marital dissolutions.

Prior to joining Decosimo, Mr. McDade was the leader of the controversy services group for one of the largest business valuation firms in the country. He has provided expert testimony on business valuation and economic damages matters in federal and state courts, and he is a frequent speaker on business valuation topics to groups of business owners and their advisors.
