School Food Service Managers in Walker County Schools have once again successfully completed the ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification program sponsored by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.

The ServSafe Program provides knowledge to keep customers and operations safe from food-borne illnesses.

Participants meet standards set by the NRAEF and are certified through the accredited American Manager Certification Examination.
