The ServSafe Program provides knowledge to keep customers and operations safe from food-borne illnesses.
Participants meet standards set by the NRAEF and are certified through the accredited American Manager Certification Examination.

The conference provided learning opportunities and leadership tools for managers and central office staff to successfully train school nutrition personnel in the safest and most up-to-date food preparation methods.
