David L. Brooks Sr. said he and his son, David L. Brooks Jr., are not the David Brooks charged in a federal drug roundup.
David L. Brooks Sr. said, "I am the owner and chief pilot of David Brooks Aviation, LLC and my son, David L. Brooks Jr., is a captain and assistant
fire marshal with the Chattanooga Fire Department.
"To clarify, I am 60 years of age. I am also retired from the Tennessee
Valley Authority and the Tennessee Air National Guard/U.S. Air Force."
