No One Injured In Fire On 13th Avenue posted May 26, 2008 No injuries were reported in connection with a fire on 13th Avenue early Monday morning. The Chattanooga Fire Department received the alarm at 2:41 a.m. and responded to 3607 13th Ave. with four fire companies. Lt. Anthony Moore with the Fire Investigation Division said the fire appears to have started on a back deck, but the flames spread quickly and caused considerable damage to the house before firefighters could get the blaze under control. The two adults living in the house got out safely. Lt. Moore said the cause of the fire is undetermined and under investigation. The loss was estimated at around $80,000. |
