Patti Kicklighter, Trudy Payne Join Crye-Leike, Realtors

Patti Kicklighter has joined Crye-Leike, Realtors as an affiliate broker in the company’s Cleveland branch office located at 4627 North Lee Highway.

“I will provide each one of my clients with the time and attention that they would like to receive in either promoting their home or in finding a new home,” said Ms. Kicklighter. “I like helping people find a home of their own and believe that everyone should have a home to call their own.”

Ms. Kicklighter is a licensed affiliate broker assisting buyers and sellers in and around Bradley, Polk, McMinn, and Meigs counties. She specializes in residential real estate. Ms. Kicklighter is a member of the River Countries Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

“I am truly grateful to have a company like Crye-Leike because it provides me with a way to promote the homes of the sellers that we represent and to really be able to reach potential buyers in so many different ways,” said Ms. Kicklighter.

Ms. Kicklighter lives in Cleveland with her husband Walter. They have one son named Timothy, 29. In her spare time, Ms. Kicklighter enjoys sewing and cooking. She has served as president of the Autism Society for the Red Clay Chapter.

“I have spent many years working with individuals with disabilities and can assist with getting a home built or remodeled that would meet their needs,” said Ms. Kicklighter. “I have access to a builder that has built or remodeled many handicap accessible homes and have access to physical therapists that can tell exactly what a person would need in that home.”

Trudy Payne has joined Crye-Leike, Realtors as an affiliate broker in the Ooltewah branch office located at 5913 Ooltewah-Ringgold Road.

Ms. Payne brings to Crye-Leike more than eight years of real estate experience and her motto for her business is “I specialize in ‘Payne Free’ and professional Real Estate transactions.”

“Crye-Leike appealed to me because of its reputation in the real estate industry and community,” said Ms. Payne. “Technology and customer service are an integral part of Crye-Leike and it helps to create a nice comfort zone to work in as a real estate professional.”

Ms. Payne and her husband Terry live in Ooltewah. He is a contractor who specializes in new home developments in Chattanooga and Ooltewah. She is an active member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

“Let’s face it, the purchase of a home is a big deal no matter what price point my clients are working with and I strive to make that a simple, uncomplicated process,” said Ms. Payne. “I want my clients involvement with me to be a pleasant experience in one of the most important financial decisions they will ever make.”

Ms. Payne is a licensed affiliate broker in Tennessee and Georgia assisting buyers and sellers primarily in Hamilton County and the surrounding area. She specializes in residential real estate with a focus on investment properties, first-time homebuyers, relocation, new home construction, farms, land, condominiums and town homes.

“I love real estate because everyday is different and you never fail to learn something new each day,” said Ms. Payne. “It gives me the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all walks of life. Nothing feels better than being at the closing table and seeing smiles of satisfaction from my clients for a job well done.”

Before joining the company, Ms. Payne was with Foamex International as a customer service associate and accounting manager for seven years.

“My real estate business is exactly that, mine,” said Ms. Payne. “I get accomplished and achieve success from hard work and that’s very satisfying for me and the clients I have the opportunity to work with.”

Ms. Payne and her husband Terry have a son David, 39, who is a district sales manager for Blake Pendleton selling industrial air systems. Their daughter Catherine, 34, is at the UT School of Medicine as an assistant professor of Internal Medicine, Clerkship Director, Erlanger Hospital, Internal Medicine Physician.

In her free time Ms. Payne loves being “Mamaw” to four grandchildren, cooking, traveling and all kids of sports. She and Terry are members of the Meadowview Baptist Church.
