The Chattanooga Housing Authority is selling its Grove Street Center for $360,000.
The sale to David Collins of Countrywide Consultants was approved by the CHA board on Tuesday.
Officials said the center was appraised for $375,000 by the Haisten Group in February 2005.
Mr. Collins has begun to make payments owed by CHA on a loan on the property.
CHA is to receive $58,000 less closing costs at the closing.
