The Walker County Chamber of Commerce will host the 26th Annual Walker County Gala on Saturday, Aug. 23 at the Lookout Mountain Fairyland Club atop Lookout Mountain, Ga.
The annual event will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a social hour and dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m. During the evening the 2008 Walker County Citizen of the Year will be announced while Love, Peace & Happiness will provide musical entertainment for dancing.
Platinum tables, ensuring preferred seating, are available for $1,000, gold tables are $800, host tables are $600 and individual tickets are $75 each. Tables include seating for eight.
