Martha Theone Legg, 98, died on Wednesday, July 2, 2008, at a local nursing home.
She was a native and lifelong resident of the Chattanooga and North Georgia area and was a homemaker. She was a member of Rossville Church of Christ and a former member of Ridgedale Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Eva Mae Camp; and her husband, W.D. Legg.
Survivors include her daughter and son in-law, Eva and Joe Waller, of Rossville; sons, David Legg, of Tallassee, Tn., and Alston and Earline Legg, of Odessa, Fl.; brother, John Camp, of Ocala, and Clarence Camp, of Woodworth, La.; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Jack James officiating.
