Morning Pointe Of Frankfort Names New Executive Director

Chattanooga-based Independent Healthcare Properties, LLC (IHP), announced through its Morning Pointe assisted living division the appointment of Terri Peach as executive director of Morning Pointe of Frankfort located at 851 Cardwell Lane in Frankfort, Ky.

“We are please to have Terri join our team in Frankfort,” said Greg Vital, president and CEO of Independent Healthcare Properties, LLC. “Her extensive experience demonstrates that she excels in both direct patient care and business management. As a long-time advocate for seniors, she shares our team’s goal to make a positive difference in the lives of the senior population.”

Ms. Peach brings 26 years of experience in nursing and senior care to her position at Morning Pointe of Frankfort. Previously, she has served as the administrator of an assisted living facility and as the director of staffing and physician/community education coordinator at Nurses Registry, Inc. Most recently, she served as the patient care liaison and marketing representative for a home health company where she received the 2007 Chairman’s Award and was the top producer in tier for eight consecutive months.

Independent Healthcare Properties, LLC, was founded in 1996 by Greg Vital and Franklin Farrow. IHP and Morning Pointe develop healthcare related and commercial real estate. The firm has a portfolio of 14 assisted living facilities in five Southern states. In Kentucky, the company currently operates facilities in Ashland/Russell and Richmond in addition to the Frankfort facility.

Locally, the company operates Morning Pointe of Chattanooga and The Lantern Alzheimer’s facility at 7620 Shallowford Road.

Collegedale facilities include Morning Pointe at Greenbriar Cove at 9650 Leyland Drive in the Greenbriar Cove master-planned retirement community under development and The Lantern Alzheimer’s Center at Morning Pointe at 9300 Messinger Lane. The Lantern facilities provide specialized Alzheimer’s and memory care services.
