I am writing to commend Jim Vincent to the voters of the 31st District as he seeks the state representative seat.
This position requires a person who will work diligently for his constituency, cooperatively with his larger delegation and sensitively with the wider legislative body. It is especially critical that meaningful dialogue exists with our own delegation because failure to do so can be detrimental.
There may come a day when a single vote indeed will be decisive. It appears that various appropriations over these next months and years may be very lean, and substantive projects will only be obtained through patient, thoughtful and cooperative work.
That is why I am writing to support Jim Vincent. He is a successful businessman and has the people skills to work productively for District 31. I encourage you to vote for Jim Vincent in the August election.
