All streets leading into Coolidge Park will be closed from 4:30-11 p.m. on Thursday, for Pops on the River.
M.L. King Boulevard between Market Street and Georgia Avenue and Market Street between 8th Street and M.L. King Boulevard will be closed from 5:30-11 p.m. on Friday, for the Nightfall Concert Series. The 800 block of Cherry Street will be closed at M.L. King Boulevard and will only be accessible from E. 8th Street. There will be limited handicapped parking in the 900 block of Georgia Avenue on the Miller Park side on the meters bagged with orange “reserved” bags. There will be no motorcycle parking provided in the 900 block of Georgia Avenue.
The southbound curb lane of Market Street from Main Street to 20th Street, the westbound curb lane of 20th Street/Riverfront Parkway to Main Street, the eastbound curb lane of Main Street from Riverfront Parkway to Carter Street, Carter Street from Main Street to 20th Street and Carr Street from 16th Street to 17th Street will be closed from 8:30-11:30 a.m. on Saturday, for the Trinity Baptist Church Life Walk.
O’Neal Street between McCallie Avenue and 8th Street will be closed at 8:30 a.m. beginning on July 7, for utility construction. This closure is scheduled to last approximately 30 days. Business access will be maintained throughout the closure.
Chestnut Street between 20th Street and 25th Street will be closed beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, for approximately 30 days. This will be for overhead bridge work.
