Jelena Butler of Grubb & Ellis/Hudson announce the lease of 3115 Freeman
Ave. to National Print Group, Inc.
The 80,000 square foot building which sits on three acres will be used as a storage facility. National Print Group, Inc provides in-store and out-of-home signage and has made its headquarters in Chattanooga since 1957.
Ms. Butler represented the tenant to landlord LESCO Services of TN, Inc., in the lease transaction.
