Andy Gienapp, a field supervisor with Hamilton County EMS, has published an article on "Military Leadership - Can its seven core values work for EMS?"
It is included in the current edition of EMS Responder.com.
Mr. Gienapp is a U.S. Army veteran with nearly 18 years of active and reserve service in a variety of positions and locations, including a tour in Iraq.
He and his wife, Jenny, and five children live in St. Elmo.
