Hamilton County General Sessions Court Judge Bob Moon's 1940 Ford pickup truck received the prestigious Emeritus Award at a car show in Michigan this week.

The Early V8 Ford Club of America held its Grand National 45th Anniversary Meet in Dearborn.

The pickup was photographed in front of the Henry Ford estate, which Ford named "Fairlane."

Judge Moon was accompanied by Judge David Bales and Gerald Brown, owner of Northwest Georgia Heating and Air, to the meet.

The Ford estate is designated on the National Historical Registry and is maintained by the University of Michigan.
