C. J. Enterprises, Inc. (CJE) a local woman-owned and operated company will sponsor a Lunch and Learn in collaboration with the Greater Chattanooga Chapter of the Association of Records Managers and Administrators, on the subject of the Open Records Laws.
Ms. Elisha Hodge, the Open Records Specialist of the State of Tennessee’s new Office of Open Records Counsel will be our featured speaker. She will provide the details of the new provisions of the Tennessee’s Open Records Laws that were enacted by Legislature and signed into law by Governor Bredesen.
The complimentary Lunch and Learn workshop will be held at Chattanooga State Technical Community College on Thursday, August 14, 2008 from 11 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.
