Hamilton County Sheriff Candidate Greg Beck has received endorsements from
three area trade and labor organizations, according to an announcement made by Campaign Manager Pam Ladd.
The Chattanooga Area Labor Council, the Chattanooga Building and Construction Trades Council, and the Iron Workers Local Union No. 704 have endorsed Mr. Beck, who is one of five candidates seeking the sheriff's office in the Aug. 7 general election.
"We are supporting Greg Beck for sheriff because he has a proven track record as an honest, effective community leader," said Chattanooga Area Labor Council President Gary

Ms. Ladd stated, "These organizations represent more than 30 unions working in the greater Chattanooga area. They know Greg will work as
sheriff with the International Brotherhood of Police to address employee concerns in the
Sheriff's Department just as he has worked as a Hamilton County commissioner to make
this area a better place where we can live and work."
Early voting for Sheriff of Hamilton County and both Democratic and Republican primaries continues through Saturday at the following locations:
Hamilton County Election Commission, 700 River Terminal Road (off Amnicola Hwy) Monday - Friday 8 a.m.
to 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 .p.m;
Northgate Mall area (next to TJ Maxx) Monday thru Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and
Brainerd Recreation Center, 1010 N. Moore Rd., Monday thru Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
