If you're a fisherman who likes to surf the web, there is a new game in town.
Ashley Poole from Rhea County has cranked up www.gofishtennessee.com
Ashley has lots of competition in the web world, however she might have one inside track that will help her garner some traffic. Her father, Tim Poole, is a Creel Clerk for the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency. If anybody has the latest and greatest information on current fishing conditions in Southeast Tennessee, it might be Ashley.
Tim Poole writes, "Ashley is a college student and has been home for the summer and started a fishing site. It has been a work in progress for a month and now it is fully operational. She has done it all on her own as I am computer illiterate. It has blogs, forum, picture albums, lake information, release schedules and weather for all the TVA and Corp lakes. "
Ashley's biggest competition in this area is www.ChattanoogaFishingForum.com ... a web site that began in April 2005. Since then it has grown to well over 3,000 registered users... and tens of thousands of non-registered visitors. Of course it is not unusual to see CFF users on a variety of other forums as well. CFF is mainly a "Discussion Forum."
Besides her discussion forum, Ashley is providing expanded content such as lake information, a Blog, an online clothing store and other stuff.
