LC Riley, 69, of Chattanooga, died on Friday, Aug. 1, 2008.
He was a member, deacon and elder of Friendship Community Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David L. and Rosie Lee Riley; brothers, Robert Williams, James Smith, Lawrence Riley, O'Zell Carter; and sister, Minnie Lou Riley.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 48 years, Hattie Mae Riley; daughters, Linda (Charles) Cooke and Michele (Calvin) Coleman; special niece, Lindafay (Henry) Wellon; son, Walter Lee Grant; brothers, Columbus "Billy" Riley, Canton, Ms., David Riley, Chicago, Hozie Carter, Willie, Mozell and Booker Carter, Lela Mae (Richard) Davenport, all of Canton, Ms.; a host grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
The funeral will be held on Saturday, at 1 p.m. at Friendship Community Church with Bishop Sean Teal officiating. Interment will be in Lakewood Memory Garden, East.
The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. on Friday, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
