Hunting For a Dove Field?

In recent years, after receiving grant money dedicated to the purpose, the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency has been under more pressure to provide more "public access fields." With help from grant money provided by the National Shooting Sports Foundation, the Agency tried to beef up it's "public lease-field" efforts.
