Chattanooga Area Historical Association To Take Tour Of Rome, Ga. posted August 7, 2008 The Chattanooga Area Historical Association is sponsoring a bus trip to Rome, Ga. on Saturday, Oct. 18. The tour will visit the Myrtle Hill Cemetery, Oak Hill, the home of Martha McChesney Berry, founder of Berry College and will have a riding tour of the college campus. The cost is $30 and includes transportation and admissions. Lunch is not provided. The tour will depart at 8 a.m. from behind the Outback restaurant at Northgate Mall and return about 6 p.m. For more information contact Phil Harper at 875-5258.
